The large kitchen diner includes social space and acts as the main hub.  It has outdoor access that's ideal for bringing your bikes or other kit in to store in the kitroom. Upstairs there is a large exercise/Yoga studio (ideal for personal use or as a retreat function space). 

 

A bedroom suite with private lounge area is accessible from the studio and a landing leads to three good single bedrooms plus family bathroom (one of the singles has its own a small bathroom next door).  The landing has some games and leads to a second staircase taking you to the large lounge in the old stable.  Large arched south facing windows provide the lounge with lots of light along with views into the courtyard area and onto Llangattock Mountain.

The second bedroom suite is accessible from outside and has spectaucular views across the Usk Valley and Sugarloaf Mountain.

Due to the two stair cases The Neuadd Barn may be unsuitable for those with restricted mobility.
